Each day more and more young people are “coming out” and they are doing so at younger ages than ever before. As an organization serving school-aged youth, it’s imperative to learn what it takes to create a welcoming and affirming environment for sexual and gender diverse youth. During this lunch and learn, come prepared to examine how relational inclusion coupled with structural changes can help you better serve the health and wellness of LGBTQA+ youth in your programs while also broadening acceptance among all youth and staff. Please come prepared with a question you are looking to have answered for your program.
