Join us for our fourth annual school-based mentoring symposium as we focus on helping schools understand how to build a culture of mentoring within their community.
Mentoring leadership teams from each school are encouraged to attend. You will be working through TMP’s Mentoring for Schools Toolkit which includes timelines, best practices and all the elements you need to make your school based program succeed!
- Special focus areas will include:
Making the Most of Mentoring: workshop you can implement with your students to help them set goals and identify mentors in their networks. - Creating a culture of Mentoring: employing Everyday Mentoring training for all the adults connected to your school in order to maximize everyone’s mentoring potential.
- Implementing Growth Mindset practices as part of your mentoring program.
