Developing a logic model is a practical way to outline how your organization makes change happen. A logic model will help you define your programs and examine how they lead to your intended outcomes.
During this workshop, you’ll discuss intentional program design and learn how to create a basic logic model, an important first step when developing new programs or reviewing existing programs.
