Introduction to Backpack Feeding Programs

Backpack feeding programs work to provide free weekend meals to children receiving free school lunches. Bags containing 5 meals and 5 snacks are distributed at schools each week.
Please join us on September 3rd, to:
- learn more about programs already in the area
- How to create a program at your child’s school
- how to talk to other parents, teachers, and school employees about childhood hunger, and other issues facing students
- discuss some of the issues facing our school, students, and communities
- how can you get involved? Find out September 3rd!
