Making Time for Afterschool 2018

Please join us on Thursday, June 7 for APOST’s second annual Making Time for Afterschool event, an awards reception to recognize the importance of quality out-of-school time programs in our region!

This year, we are celebrating three outstanding providers for their exemplary successes. Rosemary Anderson of Propel Schools is the 2018 recipient of the APOST Advocacy Award; Rosemary was nominated by James Doyle of Higher Achievement. Trust Arts Education was nominated by Melanie Claxton of Pittsburgh Public Schools, and is the 2018 honoree receiving the APOST Partnership Award. And, South Hills Interfaith Movement (SHIM), nominated by Brenda Lockley of Melting Pot Ministries, is the 2018 beneficiary of the APOST Quality Award.
