Sustainable partnerships require a foundational commitment to building trust and the successful navigation of conflict. Even well-built partnerships typically change their plans and goals, so partnerships need to effectively react to and adopt change.
This interactive training experience is designed to increase the impact of partnerships by equipping participants with tangible tools, resources and knowledge that they can immediately apply.
Daniel Horgan, Founder and CEO of The D.G. Horgan Group’s Talent Accelerator, whose mission is to drive impact through effective leadership and organizational development, will lead this session.
