NEW Bio BBEP Renewable Energy Teacher Summer Workshop: Bioenergy and Bioproducts
Dates: July 11-15, 2016
Location: Penn State University, University Park, PA

Spend a week at University Park learning about current bioenergy research from nationally recognized faculty. Renewable Energy alternatives are vital for the health of our planet, and the NEW Bio Project, funded by the USDA, is helping us learn more about how to best realize this vision. Renewable Energy is a hot topic today, and this workshop will provide teachers with bioenergy content knowledge and activities to immediately use in their classrooms. This workshop is a STEM integrated experience, providing resources and skills to help teachers work with their colleagues to implement these concepts into their classroom.
