Description
The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) is the new K-12 federal education law, which reauthorizes the Elementary and Secondary Education Act and replaces No Child Left Behind. Learn more about how ESSA can be an avenue of opportunity for out-of-school time (OST) programs. In addition, this session will teach participants how to support 21st Century Community Learning Centers, how to reach out to decision-makers, and other essential skills needed to make the case for OST and ESSA.
