Webinar: Assessment in School Age Care

As school-age care staff our goal is to implement experiences and activities that are carefully planned, developmentally appropriate, challenging, and engaging. But how do you know if you are making a difference and supporting youth development? Several assessment approaches and tools for assessing student outcomes in before or after-school programs will be reviewed and compared. Participants will examine how assessment tools can be used to gather data and determine youth outcomes; compare development assessment tools; and identify how the tools could be used as a guideline to support the direction of all children’s learning.
