The APOST Fall Conference for Out-of-School Time is a professional development conference that shares best practices in youth development. The conference is open to youth practitioners who want to increase their skills in working with youth in out-of-school time programs, mentoring relationships, or in summer camps.
The keynote speaker for the Fall Conference is Larry Bell. Larry Bell has over 30 years of education experience and is an education consultant. Larry was recognized for his innovative classroom strategies that allowed both “tough kids” and “gifted and talented” kids to excel. This year’s conference also offers workshops in three different tracks to help you choose which workshops to attend! There are tracks in Leadership, Youth Development, and a special track for providers that are part of the PPS Afterschool Academy.
