This training is intended for those who would like to start a mentoring program, or for those that would like to further strengthen their existing programs.

It introduces the six Elements of Effective Practice crucial for conducting high quality mentoring programs. Attending this training is also the first step in the Striving for Mentoring Excellence Coaching process.
