The Pennsylvania Statewide Afterschool/Youth Development Network (PSAYDN) invites you to attend the PSAYDN Virtual Winter Quarterly Meeting scheduled to take place on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Eastern Time. Please sign in beginning at 9:45 AM.

· Share PSAYDN’s current work and accomplishments in our core areas of policy, sustainability and quality

We talk about turnover, now let’s take it on. This webinar will talk about the real cost of staff turnover, tips for the hiring practices, preventing turnover, as well as creating and measuring work climate. In addition, Gina Warner, President and CEO of the National Afterschool Association will present on the results on the recent publication of the NAA compensation survey and share some data and topics about compensation from other states.
