The Frontline Talent Accelerator is a leadership development program for emerging leaders at for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Our hands-on, experiential learning model is designed to drive greater self-awareness, influencing skills, and effective change management practices for those seeking advancement opportunities, deeper engagement and results.

Core Program Elements

Self-Discovery

One’s path to self-discovery is ongoing and focused on internal reflections and external interactions. We explore how our personal brand is defined and how it evolves based on our attitude, strengths and actions. Through personal reflections, small group activities and large group discussions, we accelerate self-discovery to maximize our authenticity, better leverage our strengths, and enhance the foundation on which we can build, manage and sustain relationships.

Relationships

With greater self-awareness as the foundation, we focus on developing and/or enhancing interpersonal skills which can foster and sustain relationships as the groundwork for high performing teams. We explore the stages of team performance and practice effectively managing up, down and across to strengthen participants’ influence.

Change

Designed for change seekers, the Frontline Talent Accelerator helps individuals plan for and navigate change by strengthening their ability to adapt, critically think and problem solve effectively. Using the principles and practices of design theory and storytelling, we coach individuals on how to apply creativity and innovation when inspiring, addressing or driving change personally, at work or in the community.
