Need help applying for grants? Our guest presenter Katherine F.H. Heart has got you covered! This workshop will assist staff in developing a preliminary plan, proposal, and estimated budget to seek grant funding for out-of-school time programs. No prior knowledge or experience with grants is necessary. Participants will learn about the following through a PowerPoint presentation, a hands-on proposal planning exercise, and discussion of a sample grant application. This is part one of a two-part series. Part 2: Finding Best Fit Funders, Developing Relationships, and Reporting Outcomes will be held on Friday, May 3rd, 2019.
