Description: This webinar will focus on families in recovery from substance use disorder through a holistic, strengths and needs based lens. The discussion will focus on direct and indirect challenges these families face, and the importance of individualizing prevention and intervention approaches, as well as highlighting and building resiliency within these family systems. Included will be a discussion and description of Families in Recovery: Strengthening Connections One Day at a Timesupportive curriculum and programming. Kayla will share clinical experiences of working with families and children of parents with a substance use disorder.
