Measuring Staff Engagement in OST Programs

Positive adult-child interactions are key to successful afterschool programs. This webinar will present research findings from a study on an innovative approach to strengths-based professional development, Simple Interactions, which uses short video clips of staff engaged in positive interactions with youth. In addition, a manager from a large youth program will discuss the implementation of this model and the positive effects it had on the staff dynamic.
