After School Program

Program Description

General Eligibility Requirements: This program is designed for at-risk youth ages 10-17, who have been referred to our program from Children and Youth Services. The children must be an active CYS case throughout their entire term with our after-school program. Program Goals: To maintain the stability of the family system while providing interventions that assists the child and family through the crisis that created their referral. School attendance is also a priority in this program. Each of these factors contributes to the overall well-being of the youth.
