Program Description
The College and Career Readiness program provides individualized support so that students graduate successfully from high school and enter college or career training programs ready to succeed. In summer 2017, successful participants may be invited to earn college credits at CCAC. BGC also places students in internships in their desired fields. Recruitment runs from July-December, while the program runs from July-June, with support contiuing to follow up on outcomes in the fall and beyond. The program currently serves students attending Allderdice, Westinghouse, UPrep, SciTech, and Obama, Brashear, Perry, City High, Neighborhood Academy, and Urban Pathways on an as-needed basis.
