Program Description
Counseling, referrals, educational guidance, after-school homework assistance, computers, tutoring, vocational guidance to help youngsters plan and set goals, lead members into resolving problems, and provide opportunities to develop basic skills for education and work. Trips, dramatics, dancing, arts, cooking, reading, journalism, scholarships, photography, and more encourage youngsters to broaden their horizons, help them to understand inter-group relations, and to enjoy and participate in fine cultural activities. Health education. Group clubs, special interest groups, community services, and junior leaders involve members in the leadership process, make them aware of their heritage and civic responsibility, and provide opportunities to plan and make decisions on their own.
