Program Description

The Hosanna House Leadership Group is a program for youth in grades 7-12. In partnership with the Wilkinsburg School District, the youth participate in a number of physical, social and career development activities. Afterschool from 2:30-6:00pm, Monday-Wednesday, the students will receive homework assistance, get help from our mentors to create individualized objectives to attain current grade-level equivalency and learn the importance and value of social and career etiquette through open forum teachings and exposures to professional workplace environments. In addition to having access to our computer lab, recreation center, gymnasium and swimming pool, the youth will also be able to participate in monthly field trips to local colleges and universities. Hosanna House Leadership Group consists of three key components: Education Opportunities, Social and Career Development Opportunities, and Service and Recreation Opportunities
