Program Description

NLA partners with Bloomfield Garfield Corporation to provide programming at Pittsburgh Arsenal. Our elementary afterschool program focuses much of its efforts on developing the children’s reading ability and interest. It also empowers them to advocate for themselves by developing a strong understanding of the resources available in their schools and communities. This program operates directly in the school building directly following the school day.
