Program Description
PROGRAMS: Child care (infant-preschool), swim lessons, fitness testing, personal training, volleyball, walleyball, and basketball leagues, weight management, stress management, lifeguarding, CPR/first aid, arthritic aquatics, hearing impaired day camp, scuba, karate, and more. FACILITY: Body sculpting/free weight center, double gymnasium, 3-lane indoor track, 2 nautilus circuits, aerobic equipment (life cycles, life rowers, Nordic Track, windracers, airdynes, stairmasters, Met 100 cycles), racquetball/handball/squash courts, 25 meter indoor swimming pool, and aerobic studio. Sauna, steam room, whirlpool, and laundry service are also available.
