Program Description
STEM Stars offers after school enrichment to middle school girls in grades 5-8 in 11 public school sites around the Pittsburgh area. Girls meet regularly twice a week at their school to participate in science, technology, engineering, and math activities. The girls also have the opportunity to attend monthly Saturday Academies at Chatham University and a variety of STEM events throughout the school year.
