Please join us for lunch as Alaina Webber, Executive Director of Food Revolution Pittsburgh Cooking Club discusses Food Revolution’s vision of an equitable food system in Pittsburgh and how they use learning to cook as a context for youth development and entrepreneurship. Learn how the Food Revolution Cooking Club at Obama Academy empowers and employs youth to take ownership of their food choices by providing access to ingredients, tools, and skills. You’ll also get a preview of what is planned for this years Food Revolution Day at Obama Academy on May 15th.
